EFT Healing Sessions
Only available in packages of at least 3 sessions.
During these sessions, we'll engage in heart talk and work first to ensure that you leave knowing how to tap for yourself As the work deepens, I'll use advanced eft techniques and other tools to support our work together.
After our sessions, you may be provided with resources to further support you in your journey. Email/ messaging support is included between sessions.
Leadership Coaching
Available in 3 month packages.
My approach to coaching is one where we co-create a process centering your goals and intentions during our time together.
Given my background both in nonprofit leadership and as a healer, I provide practical strategic support, while also working with you to explore and heal the roots of patterns not serving you as a leader. I will introduce you to various tools to further resource you in between sessions and beyond our work together.
I have over 10 years of experience facilitating workshops, speaking at conferences, and with the media. I've appeared in such media outlets as CNN Español, Bustle, Telemundo, and Univision. I've provided workshops to community groups, organizations, companies, and online communities.
I am available (English + Spanish) for media, podcasts, panel discussions, workshops, and conferences to discuss any of the following topics:
